POLYCORE
PolyCore is a rigid polyisocyanurate foam that has flame and smoke properties that are better than a typical urethane foam. It is available in a wide range of densities and can be used in a variety of applications. PolyCore is not as rigid as phenolic foam therefore it has a higher shear value per density and holds up very well in high vibrating or oscillating environments.

Applications include: core material, and insulation (both sheet and pipe). Since Polycore is a closed cell foam it can be used in a number of different industries such as commercial and industrial buildings and the marine and automotive industries.

Key Benefits
• Densities range from 1.8 - 30 pcf.
• Available in sheet, bun or custom cuts
• High shear value per density
